-This service is for existing patients. New Patients will be able to use this service after your first visit.
-When logging on for the first time, please try create your account using the email address that we have on file for you. This way you will get instant access. If you can't use the same email (or simply can't remember which email we have on file) you can still create the account, but there is an extra step for our office to get you access. In this case, you would not have instant access.
