Athletic Performance
It's no secret that exercise has an effect on athletic performance. What is less known, however, is which types of training are ideal for a particular sport or goal. Prehabilitation
I know what your saying: "I know what rehabilitation is... but what is prehabilitation?!"

Figure/Body Building
Many will shy away from the thought of ever competing because they feel the goal is out of reach.
