Homemade Protein Bars 1 Cup - Protein Powder (flavor of your choice)
1 Cup - Dry Milk
1 Cup - Peanut Butter
3/4 Cup - Honey
*Mix all contents in a bowl until contents are uniformly "dough like".
*Limit amount of loose dry material (dry milk and protein powder).
*You will probably need to get in there with your hands to ensure it's properly mixed.
*Scoop the mix into an 8x8 pan, cut into 10-12 bars, and refrigerate to firm up the bars.
*Should be firm within 60 minutes.

6 - Chicken Breasts
2 Cups - Salsa
1/3 Cup - Brown Sugar (I found this to be a bit too sweet, consider modifying, start by cutting in half then taste)
2 Tbsp. - Dijon Mustard (If you like a little extra zip, add some addition Dijon to taste)
* Combine Salsa, Brown Sugar, and Dijon (if you like a southwestern taste, consider adding cumin)
* Put chicken into 13x9 pan, and pour sauce over chicken breasts
* Cook for 45 mins at 350 degrees
